Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During busy seasons or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship throughout the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

Delivery Times

Once shipped, most orders arrive within approximately 3–7 business days, depending on the shipping carrier and destination. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Damaged Packages

We take great care in packaging our candles and handmade products. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed or missing, please contact us so we can assist you in working with the shipping carrier.
